Blue Arrow are recruiting for an experienced Labourer/Installer to join an expanding company in West Lothian. We are looking for someone eager to build a long-term career in construction within their industry. Joining a dynamic team, receiving high-quality training, and progressing through a structured development programme. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, landscaping, carpentry, or a similar hands-on trade. DutiesCarry out general labouring, ground works, kerbing, excavation, landscaping and fencing.Operate hand tools, power tools, and light machinery safely and effectively.Set out and measure sites prior to installationsAssemble any equipment according to manufacturers instructions, specifications and company standardsCollaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projectsMaintain tools and equipment in good working orderFollow safety protocols and always adhere to health and safety regulationsMaintain a clean, organised and safe work environmentWorking outdoors on site around Scotland RequirementsValid CSCS cardMachine tickets up to 10T, digger and dumperFamiliarity with tools and equipmentFull clean, manual driving licenceMinimum 5 years experience in relevant construction industry disciplineStrong work ethic, reliable and attention to quality and safetyAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsPhysical fitness, with the ability to lift heavy items and work in various environmentsSuccessful candidates will be required to undertake basic disclosure.
