Make a Difference as a Catering Team Leader

Our catering team plays a vital role in keeping guests and colleagues energised and ready for the adventures ahead.

As a Catering Team Leader, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a team of Catering Assistants
  • Ensure the dining room is clean, welcoming and well‑presented
  • Support the preparation and service of tasty, appealing meals
  • Make sure guests feel valued, looked after and well supported
  • Uphold excellent food safety and allergen‑management standards
  • Work closely with the Front of House Manager to deliver a smooth service

👀 Is This You?

We're looking for someone with:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with guests
  • Confidence handling dietary requirements and food safety procedures
  • A Level 3 (or higher) Food Safety qualification
  • At least 3 months of experience in a catering role
  • Experience leading a team or working with young people (desirable but not essential)
