The operation delivers high‑quality, diverse cuisine for a wide range of occasions - from daily service to large‑scale banquets, conferences, and special events. In this key role, you will be responsible for preparing and producing food to the highest standards across multiple kitchen sections. You'll have opportunities to lead specific areas, mentor junior chefs, and occasionally act as duty chef, ensuring excellence in food quality, hygiene, and safety at all times. You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team based in a beautiful, historic setting with modern facilities and a strong culture of culinary excellence.All staff are expected to work in a way that reduces environmental impact and uses resources responsibly, in line with organisational sustainability and procurement policies.
