• Monday to Friday
• Shift options: 07:30 - 16:00 or 08:30 - 17:30

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Joiner to join our team in Faringdon. This is a temporary position requiring someone who can integrate quickly into a team and manage high workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Measuring, cutting, and assembling wood and timber components.
• Installing doors, windows, staircases, and other joinery elements.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
• Using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working collaboratively with other trades and team members.

Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
• City & Guilds Carpentry & Joinery certification.
• Apprenticeship in Joinery (completed).
• Proven experience in joinery work (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CSCS card is NOT required for this role.
