BlueArrow is recruiting for a hands-on, outdoor role in Newport, ideal for someone with experience in groundworks, wood fabrication, or power tools. If you enjoy working outside and have a solid understanding of manual tools and construction materials, this could be the perfect fit.

🔧 Outdoor Labourer - Power Tools & Wood Fabrication 🔨

Location: Newport

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating power tools for wood and material fabrication
• Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
• Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment
• Training also provided

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a groundworker or in a similar outdoor/manual role
• Confident using power tools and working with wood
• Reliable, punctual, and physically fit for outdoor work
• Able to work Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM
