We're seeking a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team, dedicated to crafting high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in cooking from scratch.

🔪 Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and team leadership
  • Prepare and cook dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Manage stock levels and assist with ordering

👤 What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
  • Solid background in cooking fresh food from scratch
  • Passion for seasonal produce and creative cooking
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Food hygiene certification preferred
