Whether you're currently working in the FM / construction industry as a Contracts Manager, Helpdesk Lead, or FM professional , if you've got the hunger to grow and the skillset to manage full-cycle operations - from quoting and scheduling to final invoicing - we want to hear from you.
🔧 What You'll Do
This is a 360° role where you'll manage jobs from first contact to final payment, acting as the engine behind successful delivery.
✅ Client Management & Growth
Be the go-to contact for key accounts - nurturing trust and repeat business
Turn inbound leads into long-term revenue
Report on client performance and job profitability
🧰 Quoting & Estimating
Visit sites, create detailed quotes, and manage client expectations
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain competitive pricing
Follow up on quotes to improve conversion
🛠️ Job Booking & Project Oversight
Schedule engineers and trades based on geography, skills, and availability
Coordinate materials, access, and day-to-day job progress
Ensure high-quality completion and client sign-off
📊 Invoicing & Commercial Reporting
Oversee timely invoicing (within 24 hours of job completion)
Monitor job profitability and lead on payment collection
Work with the finance team to keep revenue flowing

🧩 Your Background Might Look Like:
Contracts Manager or Help desk Lead in facilities management - Property maintenance
Experience managing small projects or quoting up to £10,000
Skilled in monthly invoicing, client handling, and subcontractor coordination
Estate management, or maintenance services
