🗓️ Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7:00am to 5:00pm | Friday - 7:00am to 4:00pm

Role Overview
We are seeking a fully skilled CNC Turner to join our busy and friendly workshop. This is a hands-on role for someone with demonstrable experience in CNC turning, who can work independently and contribute to a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up, operate, and program CNC lathes to produce precision components.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
* Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
* Maintain machinery and ensure safe working practices.
* Collaborate with colleagues to meet production targets and deadlines.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a fully skilled CNC Turner - this is essential.
* Strong understanding of CNC programming and tooling.
* Ability to work from technical drawings with minimal supervision.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
