<div><div><h3> </h3></div><div><h3><strong>Cleaner (Part-Time) - Libraries NI</strong></h3><p>📍 <strong>Location:</strong> Brownlow &amp; Portadown Libraries<br /> 💼 <strong>Client:</strong> Libraries NI<br /> ⏳ <strong>Temporary Assignment:</strong> Immediate start - 30 June 2026<br /> 🕒 <strong>Hours:</strong> Part-time (rota basis across two sites)<br /> 💷 <strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £13.21 per hour</p><hr /><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We are currently recruiting on behalf of Libraries NI for a <strong>reliable and motivated Cleaner</strong> to support operations across <strong>Brownlow and Portadown Libraries</strong>.</p><p>This is a part-time opportunity working across two busy library locations, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Working Pattern</strong></h3><p>This role operates across a two-week rota at both locations:</p><h4><strong>Brownlow Library</strong></h4><p><strong>Week 1</strong></p><ul><li>Monday: 1:00pm - 3:30pm</li><li>Tuesday: 1:00pm - 3:30pm</li><li>Wednesday: 1:00pm - 3:30pm</li><li>Friday: 1:00pm - 3:30pm</li></ul><p><strong>Week 2</strong></p><ul><li>Monday: 1:00pm - 3:30pm</li><li>Tuesday: 1:00pm - 3:30pm</li><li>Wednesday: 1:00pm - 3:30pm</li><li>Friday: 1:00pm - 3:30pm</li></ul><hr /><h4><strong>Portadown Library</strong></h4><p><strong>Week 1</strong></p><ul><li>Monday: 8:45am - 12:15pm</li><li>Tuesday: 9:15am - 11:45am</li><li>Wednesday: 9:15am - 11:45am</li><li>Thursday: 9:15am - 11:15am</li><li>Friday: 9:15am - 11:15am</li></ul><p><strong>Week 2</strong></p><ul><li>Tuesday: 9:15am - 11:45am</li><li>Wednesday: 9:15am - 11:15am</li><li>Thursday: 9:15am - 11:15am</li><li>Friday: 9:15am - 11:15am</li><li>Saturday: 9:15am - 1:15pm</li></ul><p><em>Flexibility is required as working patterns may be subject to change.</em></p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Carry out cleaning duties across designated areas of both libraries</li><li>Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene</li><li>Ensure all public and staff areas are safe and presentable</li><li>Work effectively as part of a team</li><li>Follow all health and safety procedures</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h3><ul><li>Previous cleaning experience (outside of a home environment)</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Good attention to detail</li><li>Willingness to undertake any required training</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Additional Information</strong></h3><ul><li>Basic Access NI clearance required</li><li>No equipment required to be supplied by the worker</li><li>Travel between both library locations is required</li></ul></div><h2> </h2></div><p> </p>
