This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy and dynamic recycling manufacturing environment, where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of both teams.</p><p>You will provide comprehensive administrative support, maintain accurate production records, and assist with communication across multiple departments, including manufacturing, maintenance, quality, and logistics.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><h4><strong>Administrative Support</strong></h4><ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Granulation and Extrusion Managers</li><li>Maintain and organise departmental documentation, records, and filing systems</li><li>Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries</li></ul><h4><strong>Production Administration</strong></h4><ul><li>Record and maintain accurate production data and performance information</li><li>Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports</li><li>Update spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems</li><li>Monitor production targets, efficiencies, downtime, and waste figures</li><li>Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales</li></ul><h4><strong>General Duties</strong></h4><ul><li>Maintain a professional and organised working environment</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Comply with Health &amp; Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards</li><li>Undertake any additional duties appropriate to the role</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Person Specification</strong></h3><h4><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h4><ul><li>Previous administrative experience, ideally within a manufacturing, production, or industrial setting</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li><li>Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)</li><li>Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively</li><li>Able to work independently and as part of a team</li></ul><h4><strong>Desirable Criteria</strong></h4><ul><li>Experience within a recycling, plastics, or manufacturing environment</li><li>Knowledge of production reporting and inventory processes</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Key Competencies</strong></h3><ul><li>Organisation and planning</li><li>Attention to detail</li><li>Communication skills</li><li>Problem-solving ability</li><li>Teamwork</li><li>Professionalism and confidentiality</li><li>Initiative and adaptability</li></ul></div><p>RecCoLisburn</p><p> </p>
