Customer Service Advisor Location: BelfastPay Rate: £13.97 - £32.55 per hour (depending on shift pattern)Contract: Temporary, ongoingStart Date: 05 May 2026Hours: 37.5 hours per week (5 days over 7, including weekends &amp; bank holidays)<hr style="text-align: center;" />About the RoleWe're offering a rare opportunity to join the UK's largest and most trusted telecoms provider, supporting critical emergency services that operate 24/7, 365 days a year.In this role, you'll be supporting 999/112 emergency calls, Directory Enquiries (118500), and Relay UK, helping ensure people get the right help when they need it most.
