📢 Job Opportunity - HSC eLocums System Administrator (Band 4)
📍 Location: The Brackens, Craigavon Area Hospital (with travel to Trust sites as required)
đź•’ Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (37.5 hours per week)
đź’· Rate of Pay: ÂŁ14.06 per hour
đź“„ Contract: Temporary - initially 9 months


About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of our public‑sector client for an HSC eLocums System Administrator to join their Medical Locums Team. The role is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration and maintenance of the HSC eLocums system, supporting the effective management of medical locum staffing across the Trust.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify registration applications for locum doctors
  • Ensure pre‑employment checks are completed in line with procedures
  • Maintain accurate data on the HSC eLocums system
  • Provide first‑line system support to Trust Administrators and users
  • Produce reports and maintain Excel spreadsheets
  • Support invoice checking and payroll queries
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately

Essential Criteria

Applicants must meet one of the following:

  • HNC / HND or equivalent / higher qualification in an administrative‑related field AND at least 1 year's relevant administrative / clerical experience
    OR
  • 4 GCSEs at Grade A-C, including English Language, or equivalent / higher qualification AND at least 2 years' relevant administrative / clerical experience
    OR
  • 3 years' relevant administrative / clerical experience
