🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal IT support and help desk queries
• Oversee external IT service providers and contracts
• Lead and deliver IT projects that enhance organisational efficiency
• Develop long-term IT proposals and strategic plans
• Provide short training sessions to upskill staff
• Monitor project progress and budgets
• Support strategic planning and operational performance

🎓 Essential Criteria:

• Level 4 qualification in Business, IT Management, or related discipline and 1+ years' IT support experience
  OR
  3+ years' experience managing IT support
• Experience managing third-party IT service providers
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools

🌟 Desirable Criteria:

• Experience in budgeting and procurement
• Strategic planning and digital transformation experience
• IT training delivery experience
• Understanding of public sector governance

This is an office-based role at our Nutts Corner Training Centre.
