BT prides itself on exceptional internal and external customer care so additional qualities you will display include being able to meet tight deadlines and work efficiently, together with the ability to plan the most suitable routes to end destinations. Excellent HGV driving skills are essential and you will be experienced and confident behind the wheel. Good mechanical knowledge is a definite advantage when spending long periods of time on the road; identifying potential problems with your vehicle can prevent potential health and safety issues. And will of course assist BT in maintaining their usual high standard of customer care.
