Call Handler

If you are looking for office work, are cool-headed under pressure and enjoy providing excellent customer care over the phone, then working as a Call Handler with BT could be an ideal role for you. Key to the Call Handler position is the ability to listen carefully to the details of every call. There will often also be standard and mandatory responses to be relayed to specific situations, which you will be expected to deliver consistently. The ability to speak clearly and calmly will also be important.

Class 1 Driver

If you are ready to put your foot on the gas and deliver great customer service as well as goods for BT’s Supply Chain (BTSC) division, then a roles as a Class 1 Driver at BT could be the ideal role for you. This is a key role in overseeing the safe and on-time delivery of goods for BTSC which will be fundamental in the successful day to day running of its operations.

Class 2 Driver

Are you a licenced Class 2 Driver looking for a new opportunity? Accelerate your career with a HGV driving role with leading digital and telecommunications company, BT. As a Class 2 Driver you will drive category C vehicles all over the UK. This is a varied role but will heavily involve supporting two of BTSC’s national hubs based in Northallerton and Lutterworth’s Magna Park.

Customer Service Advisor

If you describe yourself as a ‘people person’ and display the expertise listed below, then a Customer Service Advisor position with BT could be the perfect role for you. This role could involve you providing business support internally, which will see you mastering internal terminology, liaising with field engineers and other service desks, and keeping BT’s operations running smoothly. Or, you could be assisting members of the public with telecoms queries, technical difficulties, or billing enquiries. Further positions are within fast paced 999 contact centres where the ability to remain calm under pressure, whilst keeping others calm, is vital.

Forklift Driver

As a Forklift Driver with BT, you'll move and place materials manually or with the use of a forklift. You will also load and unload vehicles and containers of various sorts. 

Forward Stock Locations Operative

As a Forward Stock Locations Operative with BT, you'll assist with the unloading of vehicles and checking of stock at a forward stock location. 

Service Management Agent

If you are searching for an office job and are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, a role working as a Service Management Agent could be a great fit for you. Whilst delivering outstanding customer service, you will be supporting BT’s customers with queries to resolve any issues and develop the overall service relationship.

Warehouse Administrator

As a Warehouse Administrator with BT, you'll be responsible for completing and assisting with on-site warehouse activities. This could include assisting with shipping, helping to unload trucks and checking merchandise. 

Warehouse Operative

As a Warehouse Operative with BT, you'll manage the stock of spares and consumables related to service and repair, working as part of a wider team supporting with maintaining SLAs and ensuring team performance against KPIs. 

Warehouse Supervisor

As a Warehouse Supervisor with BT, you'll supervise a team of operatives to ensure the running of the warehouse is smooth throughout shift. You will be unloading & loading the vans from deliveries to the warehouse, using stock systems to process and arrange orders.
