Blue Arrow is delighted to announce that it has been awarded a place on the Strategic HR Services (3S) framework – Lots 3 and 4, by Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO), for the second time.
Blue Arrow been approved to supply temporary and permanent staffing to public sector organisations such as hospitals, local councils, public schools, colleges and universities, military and law enforcement agencies and public transportation.
Under Lots 3 and 4, which covers the supply of generalist roles, Blue Arrow demonstrated its ability to supply quality staff and recruitment services at competitive pricing, with all fees and product rates being capped during the term of the 2-year agreement.
Blue Arrow scored 10 out of 10 for its commitment to delivering social value. Blue Arrow achieved this by demonstrating the value of the branch network and how working with local agencies and communities would maximise employment opportunities and help the long-term unemployed back into work.
As with all suppliers on the framework, Blue Arrow has been able to demonstrate how it can successfully provide ESPO and its customers with a comprehensive range of services that combine quality and value.
