Blue Arrow is proud to announce it has successfully been awarded onto the HealthTrust Europe (HTE) Framework for Total Workforce Solutions III: Temporary Staffing Solutions, aimed at providing workforce solutions in the healthcare sector for the NHS and other public sector services.

Following a rigorous evaluation process, Blue Arrow scored highly across all supplier selection criteria and submitted one of the most economically advantageous tenders. The company’s tender was assessed on various criteria, achieving impressive scores for:

  • Quality of temporary staffing services.
  • Cost-effective pricing.
  • Demonstrable social value through its Corporate Social Responsibility programme.

Lot 4 of the Total Workforce Solutions III portfolio of Framework Agreements enables Participating Authorities to access all bands, job families, and specialisms of non-medical non-clinical Temporary Workers across the following broad job categories, in alignment with the NHS Employers National Job Profiles or other such non-clinical job profile requirements confirmed during Call-Off Contract creation:

•    Non-Corporate Support Service Workers
•    Information Technology Workers
•    Very Senior Management & Executive Recruitment
