Join our #OneBlueFamily at our Bellshill branch as a Divisional Manager to lead the team of Recruitment Consultants who supply Driving sector staff to clients across Scotland ensuring the gross margin and operating profit is maximised.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Developing existing client accounts and winning new business
• Driving proactive sales activities to grow the driving division
• Leading and developing your team of Recruitment Consultants
• Travelling to visit clients for meetings so you need to be a driver (car allowance provided)
• Business and strategy planning, compliance, service management and financial control
• Negotiating, offering solutions and overcoming objections
• Covering Consultants desks
