<div>As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting customers across multiple channels including phone, email and online platforms. Working in a fast paced environment, you will handle a wide range of enquiries, from general questions to more complex issues, always delivering a high standard of service.You'll be responsible for resolving customer concerns efficiently and empathetically, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to adapt your approach depending on the customer and situation.Day to day, you'll liaise with internal teams to gather information and help resolve queries, as well as identify recurring issues and highlight potential improvements to processes and service delivery.
