FLT Counterbalance Driver - Northampton (4 on / 4 off) We are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well‑established warehouse logistics client in Northampton (NN1). This is a full‑time, ongoing temporary position offering consistent hours and a stable shift pattern. LocationNorthampton, NN1 Shift Pattern4 on / 4 off rotation<ul><li>2 Days &amp; 2 Nights</li><li>Days: 05:45-17:45</li><li>Nights: 17:45-05:45</li></ul>Pay RateStandard: £16.21 per hour (PAYE)Overtime: £24.02 per hour (PAYE) ContractTemporary ongoing - full-time hours guaranteed Please note: An on-site induction and a Drug &amp; Alcohol test are required as part of the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Safely and accurately load and unload customer products.</li><li>Verify and confirm all incoming and outgoing loads.</li><li>Communicate discrepancies and report potential service issues promptly.</li><li>Complete all relevant documentation, picking, and packing tasks.</li><li>Operate manual handling equipment as trained.</li><li>Follow company health &amp; safety policies to ensure a safe working environment.</li><li>Report any damage to property or equipment and escalate appropriately.</li><li>Undertake any additional duties as directed by the line manager.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid and in-date B1 Counterbalance FLT licence.</li><li>Minimum 1 year experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.</li><li>Experience using 3.5 tonne double pallet handlers (desirable).</li><li>Good level of English (speaking, reading, writing).</li><li>Strong teamwork, numeracy, and basic IT skills.</li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions in a busy environment.</li><li>Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks.</li><li>Flexible with shift patterns and working hours.</li></ul>Ready to Start?If you're available to start immediately and meet the requirements, APPLY NOW!Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
