Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a PART TIME ADMIN ASSISTANT to join a key client based in the South of Glasgow. This role is 25 hours per week across 5 days but there is a degree of flexibility around the times you can work, as long as it's between 8:30am to 5pm. Role: Admin Assistant - Part TimeContract: Permanent Hours: 25 hours per week (5 hours per day, across 5 days). Flexible between the hours of 8:30am to 5pm.Salary: £18,000 per annum (based on 25 hours)Start Date: ASAPSkills/Experience Required<ul><li>Previous experience in an administrative role (HR or payroll experience desirable)</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel</li><li>Experience with Power BI (or willingness to learn)</li><li>Strong organisational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently</li></ul>Main Duties<ul><li>Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR Manager</li><li>Assist with payroll processing and related administration</li><li>Process employee expenses accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Maintain and update HR records and documentation</li><li>Produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI</li><li>Support HR processes including onboarding and employee data management</li><li>Assist with health &amp; safety administration and compliance tracking</li><li>General office and administrative duties as required</li></ul>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
