Could lead to permanent role for the right candidate.</p><p> </p><p>We are currently recruiting for a <strong>Domestic Supervisor</strong> to join a healthcare facility in the <strong>ST4 postcode area</strong>. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary opportunity for an experienced supervisor who can effectively lead a domestic services team while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and compliance are maintained.</p><h3> </h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervising and supporting the domestic services team</li><li>Managing staff rotas and day-to-day staffing requirements</li><li>Conducting annual leave and sickness reviews</li><li>Training and developing staff members</li><li>Providing cover and support in cleaning areas when required</li><li>Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site</li><li>Supporting compliance with health and safety and infection control procedures</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Previous supervisory or team leadership experience</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage, motivate and develop staff</li><li>Experience within domestic, cleaning, facilities or healthcare environments is desirable</li><li>Standard DBS required</li></ul><h3>What's on Offer</h3><ul><li>£13.37 per hour</li><li>Full-time hours (37.5 hours per week)</li><li>Ongoing temporary assignment</li><li>Opportunity to work within a supportive healthcare environment</li></ul><p>If you have supervisory experience and are looking for your next opportunity in the <strong>ST4 area</strong>, we'd love to hear from you.
