Warehouse Operative - High Wycombe &amp; Surrounding Areas We are currently recruiting reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives for temporary, ongoing roles across High Wycombe and surrounding areas. Pay Rate:<ul><li>From £12.71 per hour</li></ul>Working Pattern:<ul><li>Monday to Friday with daytime shifts (hours may vary depending on client requirements)</li></ul>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Picking and packing orders accurately</li><li>Sorting goods and preparing items for dispatch</li><li>Loading and unloading deliveries</li><li>General warehouse duties including stock organisation</li><li>Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential</li><li>FLT (Forklift Truck) experience/licence would be advantageous</li><li>Good attention to detail and ability to work efficiently</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player</li><li>Must live within High Wycombe or surrounding areas, or have access to transport to travel to sites</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Ongoing temporary work with potential for long-term opportunities</li><li>Weekly pay</li><li>Support from a dedicated agency team</li></ul>If you're available and looking for warehouse work, we'd love to hear from you!Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
