About the Role:We are currently recruiting for a Food Production Operative on behalf of our client based in Hartlepool, following significant growth within their businessThis is an excellent opportunity to secure a permanent position with a successful and expanding organisation To be considered for this role, candidates must have previous experience within food manufacturing and a general production background.Full training and ongoing development will be provided on site, offering the opportunity to further enhance your skills within the industry. Key Responsibilities:* Accurately preparing, packing, and labelling food products in line with company standards* Safely operating production machinery and equipment* Using handheld scanners to record real‑time stock data, demonstrating strong attention to detail* Operating on‑site computer systems to follow precise ingredient specifications for manufacturing* Regular handling loads of up to 20kg independently so applicants must be physically fit and capable* Maintaining exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times* Working collaboratively as part of a team to meet daily production targets* Willingness to work in a chilled environment* Adhering to all health, safety, and food safety policies and procedures Pay Rate:* £14.55ph - £15.50ph Working Hours:* 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am * 6am - 2pm / 6am - 4pm* 2pm - 10pm / 2pm - 12am* Some flexibility around shifts will be required to suit business demand How to Apply:To apply, please attach your CV to this advert.
