<p></p><div><p>We are currently recruiting for a <strong>Warehouse Operative</strong> to join a busy and growing logistics operation in Borough Green. This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse activities, from receiving goods through to dispatch.</p><p>If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and organisation, this could be a great opportunity for you.</p><hr /><h2><strong>What You'll Be Doing</strong></h2><ul><li>Receiving deliveries and checking goods against purchase orders</li><li>Inspecting items for damage and reporting any issues</li><li>Booking goods into the warehouse management system (WMS)</li><li>Storing stock safely and efficiently within the warehouse</li><li>Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch</li><li>Labelling shipments and ensuring all documentation is accurate</li><li>Supporting vehicle loading and coordinating with couriers</li><li>Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy</li><li>Following all health &amp; safety procedures at all times</li><li>Helping identify ways to improve processes and efficiency</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li>Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred but not essential)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Basic IT skills (Outlook, Excel); WMS experience is a bonus</li><li>A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude</li><li>Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks</li><li>Forklift licence (desirable, but not essential)</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>What You'll Get</strong></h2><ul><li>Stable, Monday-Friday working hours</li><li>Opportunity to work within a supportive team</li><li>Room to develop your skills within a growing business</li></ul></div><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
