Support delivery of strategic objectives while ensuring effective financial control and reporting.<hr style="text-align: center;" /> Key Responsibilities1. Leadership &amp; Staff Management<ul><li>Manage, motivate, and develop finance staff, including appraisals, training, and wellbeing.</li><li>Plan and allocate resources to ensure efficient delivery of finance services.</li><li>Support recruitment, induction, and performance management.</li></ul>2. Financial Management<ul><li>Lead budget preparation with senior leadership and budget holders.</li><li>Produce management accounts, financial analysis, and budget monitoring reports.</li><li>Oversee cash flow forecasting and treasury management.</li><li>Manage month-end processes and quarterly VAT returns.</li><li>Provide financial data for external reporting.</li></ul>3. Development &amp; Funding<ul><li>Support financial appraisals of development opportunities.</li><li>Assist in securing development funding and managing related records and claims.</li></ul>4. Property &amp; Revenue<ul><li>Oversee rent accounting processes.</li><li>Ensure accurate rent setting and service charge calculations.</li></ul>5. Reporting &amp; Stakeholder Support<ul><li>Provide regular financial reports and variance analysis to managers and committees.</li><li>Support stakeholders' understanding of financial information and processes.</li><li>Present financial reports to governing boards as required.</li></ul>6. Policy, Strategy &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Contribute to financial policies, procedures, and systems development.</li><li>Support strategic planning, including business plan development.</li></ul>7. Factoring Services<ul><li>Maintain and develop factoring services in line with regulatory requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Property Factors legislation and reporting standards.</li></ul>8.
