We are recruiting for an online retail brand that genuinely puts the customer at the centre of everything they do. In this role, you won't just be responding to queries. You will have the chance to look deeper, understand root causes, and help improve the overall customer experience. <h3>What you'll be doing</h3><ul><li>Supporting customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media</li><li>Taking the time to understand each situation properly and respond with care</li><li>Solving problems in a way that feels fair and right for the customer</li><li>Taking ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution</li><li>Looking for patterns and flagging ways to improve how things are done</li><li>Working with internal teams and suppliers to get the best outcomes</li><li>Handling complaints calmly, professionally, and with empathy</li></ul><h3>What we're looking for</h3><ul><li>Someone who naturally puts customers first</li><li>A strong sense of ownership and responsibility</li><li>Curiosity and a willingness to ask questions and dig a bit deeper</li><li>Clear and confident communication skills</li><li>Good attention to detail and the ability to stay organised</li><li>A positive attitude and a team mindset</li><li>Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, or retail support is preferred</li></ul><h3>Location and working pattern</h3><ul><li>Based in Edinburgh - Stockbridge area</li><li>4 weeks of on-site training to get you set up</li><li>Hybrid working after training, with 2 days at home</li><li>1 in 3 Saturdays</li></ul><h3>Why this role</h3>This is more than a customer service role.
