About The Role: My client is looking for a Lettings Administrator to join their team based in Ferryhill, the role will be offered on a 3-month temporary contract, with a pathway to permanent for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have experience within the Lettings and Property market and be confident with the full tenancy lifecycle, and working within a structured, tech-driven environment using CRM systems and Fixflo. This is a process-led role with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement. Duties:* Manage records, calls, emails, and appointment bookings* Coordinate viewings, inspections, and tenancy progression* Act as a point of contact for tenants and landlords* Support property marketing and monitor enquiries* Ensure compliance with safety and lettings regulations* Assist with maintenance coordination via Fixflo* Support rent collection and payment arrangements Salary:* £25,000pa* Yearly bonuses of up to £3000 Working Hours:* 35hrs per week* Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm* NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGSBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
