Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Belper

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation in Belper. This role offers flexible shifts, competitive pay, and ongoing work for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck (FLT) safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries and vehicles
• Stock movement, storage, and replenishment within the warehouse
• Supporting goods-in / goods-out operations
• Conducting daily FLT safety checks and inspections
• Assisting with general warehouse operative duties
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB / ITSSAR accredited preferred)
• Proven experience as a Forklift Driver / FLT Operator / Warehouse Operative
• Strong awareness of warehouse safety standards
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Flexible and reliable approach to shifts
