Blue Arrow is growing, and we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our established Bellshill team. This role is ideally suited to an experienced consultant with a strong sales mindset, though we will also consider entry-level candidates who demonstrate clear commercial drive and a genuine interest in business development.Recruitment is a sales-driven environment, and success in this role comes from building relationships, identifying opportunities, and consistently delivering value to clients and candidates alike. The roleAs a Driving Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for generating revenue through both new business development and account management, alongside delivering a high-quality recruitment service.Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Actively identifying and developing new business opportunities through sales activity, networking, and market engagement</li><li>Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts to maximise revenue and service delivery</li><li>Conducting client meetings to understand hiring needs and provide consultative recruitment solutions</li><li>Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from vacancy take-on through to placement and ongoing client/candidate aftercare</li><li>Attracting, interviewing, and placing driving candidates into temporary and permanent roles</li><li>Working towards individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics</li><li>Maintaining strong sector knowledge and market awareness to support credible, value-led sales conversations</li><li>Ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry standards</li></ul>About youThis role will particularly suit someone who:<ul><li>Has previous experience in recruitment, sales, or a target-driven commercial environment</li><li>Is confident in business development and enjoys generating new opportunities</li><li>Is comfortable working to revenue targets and performance objectives</li><li>Has strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills</li><li>Is resilient, organised, and motivated by results</li><li>Enjoys working as part of a high-performing, supportive team</li></ul>For entry-level candidates, we are looking for clear evidence of sales potential, ambition, and work ethic, supported by training and structured development.
