Location: Newbury, RG14

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour (Night Shift, Post Parity £15.01per hour (Night shift)

Shift Pattern: 00:30am - 09:00am

Blue Arrow is currently recruiting for Night Warehouse Operatives on behalf of a well-established client in Newbury. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals seeking ongoing work in a busy warehouse environment.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations, ensuring goods are handled efficiently and accurately to meet business demands.

Key Duties:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse
• Assisting with unloading deliveries and checking goods in
• Preparing orders for dispatch or collection
• Scanning parcels and updating tracking systems
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience desirable
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physically capable of manual handling tasks
• Understanding of health & safety practices
