Temporary Groundsman / Gardener - School Site (Canterbury)We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Groundsman / Gardener to support a school site in Canterbury on a temporary basis.Assignment details:<ul><li>📅 Start date: Tuesday 26th May</li><li>📅 End date: Friday 24th July</li><li>🕒 Monday to Friday, 09:30 - 14:30</li></ul>Role responsibilities: You will be responsible for maintaining the school grounds to a high standard, including:<ul><li>Grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming</li><li>Weeding, planting, and general garden maintenance</li><li>Leaf clearing and keeping outdoor areas tidy and safe</li><li>Operating gardening tools and equipment safely</li><li>Supporting general upkeep of the school environment</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous grounds maintenance or gardening experience preferred</li><li>Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions</li><li>Good attention to detail and reliability</li><li>Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)</li></ul>About you: You will be a proactive individual who takes pride in maintaining outdoor spaces and can work independently or as part of a team.If you are interested in this opportunity, please contact Claire on 01622 662144.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
