This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, customer-focused environment and wants to make a real difference in the local community.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide effective business support and ensure a customer-focused service.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of public enquiries.</li><li>Assist in updating web content in coordination with Streetscene Managers.</li><li>Handling invoicing.</li><li>Supporting the Arboriculture Officer by, ordering materials, and providing general administrative support.</li><li>Process orders and invoices via our procurement systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with council data and information policies.</li><li>Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.</li><li>Adhere to all Health &amp; Safety, Equal Opportunities, and Safeguarding policies.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management abilities.</li><li>Experience working in a busy office or customer service environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Clear communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and use initiative.</li></ul>Apply today!
