Chef Manager - Permanent <h1>About the Role </h1>1 Year Fixed Term, following successful 6-month probation, leading to a Permanent Role. Predominantly Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work Earn up £32,000 Whilst no qualifications are required, they are desirable, however, previous experience of working in a kitchen/catering environment is essential. All applicants will complete a comprehensive training programme in conjunction with our mentoring scheme upon arrival to Cuffley. However, you do need the following: * Experience in a similar kitchen/catering role, preferably with managerial experience/knowledge * Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative * A high level of interpersonal skills and team values * Good communication skills * Good IT skills for emails, stock take etc. <h1>Responsibilities </h1>* Maintaining a hygienic and safe working environment * Cooking and serving food to students and staff * Managing the food budget * Managing the dietary requirements of students and staff * Maintenance of stock levels and ordering * Working with multiple departments to ensure clear and concise communication <h1>Training and Development </h1>* Enhanced Safeguarding Training * Level 3 Food Hygiene &amp; Safety Qualification * External First Aid Qualification * Access to Online Training Modules * Full induction and training plan <h1>Package </h1>* Earn up to £30,000 * Accommodation package offered * Free meals whilst working * Uniform providedBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
