<p>Internal Sales Executive (Inbound Telesales)</p><p>Sidcup (office-based)</p><p>(depending on experience)</p><p><strong>Working Hours:</strong> Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm</p><hr /><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><p>We are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Executive to join our team in Sidcup. This is a primarily inbound telesales role, focused on taking orders over the phone and delivering excellent service to both new and existing clients.</p><p>You will be responsible for handling incoming enquiries, processing orders efficiently, and building strong relationships with customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Handle inbound sales calls and process customer orders accurately</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients</li><li>Provide product advice and recommendations to customers</li><li>Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products</li><li>Maintain a high level of customer service at all times</li><li>Work collaboratively within a small team to achieve sales targets</li><li>Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry developments</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>About You</strong></h3><p>This role would suit someone who:</p><ul><li>Has a strong background in sales, particularly in telesales or phone-based roles</li><li>Has experience selling products and taking orders over the phone</li><li>Ideally has experience within the electrical products sector (or a similar industry)</li><li>Is confident, personable, and an excellent communicator</li><li>Is comfortable dealing with both new and existing customers</li><li>Thrives in a small team environment</li><li>Has a strong work ethic and a proactive approach</li><li>Is locally based or able to commute easily to Sidcup</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>What We Offer</strong></h3><ul><li>Competitive basic salary (£30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience)</li><li>Stable, full-time working hours (no weekends)</li><li>Supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to work with an established customer base</li></ul><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
