Blue arrow are seeking a Risk & Interventions Administrator who holds an enhanced Disclosure to work for one of our public sector clients on a temporary basis (9-12months).
The position is in the Shotts for maternity cover.
Hours of Work (35hrs a week)
Monday to Thursday 8am - 4.30pm
Friday - 8am - 1pm.
SALARY: BAND B (provided on request)
Our client is a large public sector organisation working in organisation with the public, private and voluntary sector to empower those in its care support to reach their full potential.
Main responsibilities:
* Providing the team with administration support
* Manage all actives in an efficient, organised manner
* Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
The successful candidate must:
* Have a minimum of 2 Standard Grade (or equivalent) including English and Maths at Grade 3 or above or relevant experience;
Competent and experienced in all aspects of administration;
* Be proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Word, Excel and Outlook
* Well Developed Communication skills - both written and oral
* Able to work both independently with minimum supervision and prioritise workloads and also work as part as a team
Ability to analyse, interpret and report on a range of information
* Able to work with confidential information
* Hold an Enhanced Disclosure Scotland & BPSS (we can put the right candidate through the BPSS)
