<h2>Customer Service Advisor - Inbound Contact Centre</h2><p><strong>Location:</strong> Perth, PH1 (Hybrid - 2 days onsite per week)</p><p><strong>Contract:</strong> 12‑month fixed term</p><p><strong>Start Date:</strong> 26 May 2026</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday</p><p><strong>Shifts:</strong> Between 8:30am and 5:30pm</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> £14.79 per hour (PAYE)</p><p><strong>Clearance:</strong> DBS and 3 years referencing required</p><h3> </h3><h3>About the Role</h3><p>Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and resolving issues first time? Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making a real difference on every call?</p><p> </p><p>We're looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to join a busy inbound contact centre team.
