Production Operative

Hours: 08:00 - 16:30, Monday to Friday

Pay: £12.71 per hour (weekly pay)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

About the Role

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Forfar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands‑on factory or production experience who is looking for long‑term, stable work with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing products for packing and distribution
• Labelling, bottling and packaging products to company standards
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Always following health & safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

What we are looking for

• Previous Production or Factory experience is essential
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good level of physical fitness - role involves standing, lifting and manual handling
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new tasks
