HGV Class 1 Night Driver - Trunking - LE12

£17.70 per hour | Monday to Friday | Ongoing Contract

We are recruiting HGV Class 1 (C+E) Night Drivers for an ongoing trunking contract based at LE12, working in partnership with XPO Logistics. This is a weekday‑only night role offering regular start times, pre‑planned routes, and long‑term stability.

Job Details

• HGV Class 1 depot‑to‑depot trunking
• UK‑wide trunking through the XPO network
• No handball
• Pre‑planned routes and schedules
• Professional, safety‑focused driving role

Pay & Working Hours

• £17.70 per hour (PAYE)
• Monday to Friday
• Start times: 17:00 or 18:00
• Average shift length: 11 hours
• Ongoing, long‑term contract

Fleet & Driver Support

• Modern, well‑maintained Class 1 vehicles
• Full induction and onboarding provided
• Supportive transport and planning team

Driver Requirements

• Full UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Ideally 6+ months Class 1 driving experience
• Reliable, safe, and professional approach
