Parts Specialist - Internal Sales

Contract: Temp to perm

Pay Rate: £12.71/hour, paid weekly

Hours: Monday to Thursday; 08:30am - 17:00pm, Friday; 08:30am - 16:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Parts Specialist - Internal Sales to join our busy and customer‑focused Internal Sales team. This is a key role responsible for obtaining and providing accurate, up‑to‑date spare parts information to a wide range of sales customers, while delivering exceptional service at every interaction.

You will play an essential part in supporting our customers across Baxi's full product portfolio, including boilers, cylinders, heat pumps and water heaters. The role offers an excellent opportunity to build extensive product knowledge and develop new technical and commercial skills within a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Parts Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for pre‑sales product specification advice across a designated range of spare parts within Baxi's portfolio
  • Responding to customer enquiries using Parts Arena, including locating parts and identifying suitable alternatives where parts are no longer available
  • Supporting customers by asking the right questions to ensure the most appropriate solution is identified
  • Processing spares orders and handling general enquiries relating to stock availability and pricing
  • Managing enquiries submitted via the Parts Query inbox, ensuring response time SLAs are met
  • Using ERP systems to access stock and price information to facilitate efficient ordering
  • Working closely with the Product Management team to highlight any required updates or improvements to Parts Arena information, enhancing the end‑user journey

Skills & Experience

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A logical, calm, and methodical approach to problem‑solving
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service
  • Previous knowledge of Baxi products or similar technical products is beneficial, but not essential

Training & Development

Full training will be provided, including hands‑on support with Parts Arena, ERP systems, and Baxi's product range. This role offers a great opportunity to develop long‑term technical and customer service expertise within Internal Sales.
