Talent Pool: Production Operatives - Lenton, Nottingham

We're building a talent pool of Production Operatives to support multiple manufacturing sites across Lenton, Nottingham. If you're reliable, hands‑on, and open to working a variety of shifts, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Assembling, sorting, or preparing products
• Carrying out basic quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Supporting general production tasks as required

What You'll Need

• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliability and a positive attitude
• Comfortable with manual handling
• Experience in production is helpful but not essential

Shifts Available

We're recruiting for all shift patterns, including:

• Days
• Afternoons
• Nights
• Rotating shifts

Pay Rates

Competitive hourly rates ranging from £12.75 - £16.96, depending on role and shift.
