Customer Service Administration Support
30 hours per week (worked over 5 days)

The Role
We are recruiting a Customer Service Administration Support professional to join our clients busy and collaborative contact centre environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring customers, partners, and internal teams receive timely, accurate, and service‑focused support across multiple communication channels.
You will carry out a varied range of administrative and customer service tasks, supporting both business partners and end customers while contributing to efficient internal processes and smooth field operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Handling B2B, partner, and customer enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
- Supporting job closures by analysing and actioning requirements received from field engineers
- Coordinating consumables and supporting internal procedures related to spare parts
- Working closely with internal teams to improve service delivery
- Maintaining accurate records using spreadsheets, digital tools, and CRM systems
- Producing correspondence and operational updates accurately and within required timescales
About You
- Previous experience in an administration role exceeding 3 years, ideally within a customer service or service‑led environment
- Confident communicator with a professional and customer‑focused approach
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a team
- Experience using customer databases, scheduling systems, or dispatching tools
- Confident working with postcode mapping or geographical data
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar) is advantageous but not essential
