<p><strong>Field based Sales Business Developer - covering Woking, Reading, Oxford, Berkshire area</strong></p><p><strong>Hybrid | Full-Time | Permanent</strong></p><h3><strong>Overview</strong></h3><p>We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Business Developer to join a growing team. This is primarily an external sales role focused on generating new business opportunities, booking meetings, and building strong client relationships.</p><p>You will play a key role in supporting the sales pipeline and contributing directly to overall business growth as part of a small, high-performing team.</p><hr /><h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3><ul><li>Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities</li><li>Proactively follow up on sales leads and enquiries</li><li>Make outbound calls, arrange meetings, and attend client appointments</li><li>Maintain and update the company's CRM and quotation system</li><li>Self-source new leads through research and networking</li><li>Consistently meet KPIs and sales targets</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>What We're Looking For </strong></h3><h3><strong>Ideally the candidate would live close to Woking, Reading, Oxford, Berkshire areas.</strong></h3><ul><li>Sales experience (experience in cleaning &amp; maintenance FM sector is desirable)</li><li>Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets</li><li>Excellent communication, telephone, and interpersonal skills</li><li>Highly motivated with a positive, proactive attitude</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities</li><li>Keen to learn, develop, and progress in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High attention to detail</li><li>Experience in property, cleaning, or maintenance sectors is advantageous</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Salary &amp; Benefits</strong></h3><ul><li>28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)</li><li>Company car or car allowance</li><li>Company pension</li><li>Private medical insurance (post-probation)</li><li>Laptop and mobile phone provided</li><li>Ongoing training and professional development</li><li>Hybrid working model </li></ul><p> </p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
