Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking for flexible work that fits around your lifestyle? We are currently recruiting talented and passionate Sous Chefs to support a variety of sites in the Gillingham area.

About the Role:

As a Sous Chef working through our agency, you'll have the opportunity to work across a range of kitchens while showcasing your skills in high‑quality food preparation and service. Your duties may include:

• Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Preparing high‑quality dishes and maintaining consistency
• Managing kitchen staff in the absence of senior chefs
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and allergen standards are met
• Keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy periods

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
• Confidence working independently and within different teams
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen best practices
• Reliability, adaptability, and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
