This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a creative, seasonal kitchen environment with a strong focus on plant-rich, responsibly sourced food. The role includes daytime shifts, occasional evenings, and catering for over 20 weddings during the summer season. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with senior chefs and directors to shape the food and drink offerings. Maintain high standards of cooking and presentation across all services. Support food cost targets and build strong supplier relationships. Contribute to menu development, preservation techniques, and staff training. Ensure best practices in hygiene, health &amp; safety, and portion control. Attend management meetings and contribute to business reviews. Work with front-of-house to ensure excellent guest experiences. Partner with garden teams to integrate home-grown produce. Seek out new suppliers to enhance and evolve the food offering.What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen. Strong skills in fish prep, butchery, bread making, fermentation, and cooking with fire. Experience with fresh, seasonal ingredients and event catering.
