We are currently recruiting experienced, full‑time Warehouse Operative for our client based in the Bracknell (RG12) area. We are looking for individuals with previous warehouse experience who are ready to join a fast‑paced and supportive team. This is an ongoing temporary position with excellent prospects for permanent employment and long‑term career progression. Key Information<ul><li>Job Title: Warehouse Operative</li><li>Location: Bracknell (RG12)</li><li>Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm</li><li>Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour</li><li>Requirement: A Basic DBS check must be completed prior to starting</li></ul>Main Duties<ul><li>Support the Team Leader and colleagues with daily operational tasks</li><li>Conduct inventory control and cycle counting</li><li>Process goods-in activities</li><li>Pick and pack goods for outbound shipments</li><li>Work to agreed SLAs and KPIs</li><li>Maintain a clean and safe working environment</li><li>Process outbound materials/orders in line with work instructions</li><li>Communicate effectively with other teams to provide a high-quality service</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>Ideally holds a valid reach truck certificate with proven experience (desirable)</li><li>Holds a driving license with 0 points (desirable) </li><li>Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience</li><li>Experience using WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)</li><li>Strong verbal and written English skills</li><li>Confident numerical ability</li><li>Experience in stock picking, packing and shipping</li><li>Skilled in inventory control and cycle counting</li><li>Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word</li><li>Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions</li><li>Strong organisational and communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail with the ability to multitask</li><li>Reliable and able to complete tasks efficiently</li></ul>If this opportunity sounds like the right fit for you, apply today!Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
