<h1><strong>HR Business Partner</strong></h1><p><strong>Location:</strong> Lisburn</p><p><strong>Rate:</strong> £24.41 per hour</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> 36.25 per week</p><hr /><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>HR Business Partner</strong> to provide expert HR advice and support across a unionised organisation. You will partner with senior leaders, support employee relations cases, contribute to policy development, deliver HR analytics, and help drive the People Strategy.</p><hr /><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul><li>Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment matters and national agreements.</li><li>Ensure consistency of HR advice across the Business Partnering team.</li><li>Build strong relationships with senior leadership, Board members and Trade Unions.</li><li>Develop and implement HR solutions ensuring legal compliance and best practice.</li><li>Produce monthly HR analytics to support decision-making.</li><li>Support wellbeing initiatives and participate in recruitment when required.</li><li>Contribute to training design and delivery for HR/ER-related topics.</li><li>Develop, review and implement HR policies and support organisational change.</li><li>Manage and coordinate ER cases, including hearings, appeals and tribunal preparation.</li><li>Provide HR guidance on grievance, discipline, attendance, performance and dignity at work.</li><li>Contribute to team performance and organisational People objectives.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service and support collaborative working across the organisation.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date HR knowledge and comply with all organisational frameworks.</li><li>Undertake additional duties relevant to the role.</li></ul><hr /><h2><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></h2><h3><strong>Option 1:</strong></h3><ul><li>Degree (Level 6)</li><li>Current CIPD membership</li><li><strong>3+ years' HR experience</strong> in a unionised environment advising on core ER issues</li></ul><p><strong>OR</strong></p><h3><strong>Option 2:</strong></h3><ul><li>Degree (Level 6)</li><li>Working towards CIPD membership</li><li><strong>5+ years' HR experience</strong> in a unionised environment advising on core ER issues</li></ul><p>If you are interested, <strong>Apply now!</strong></p><p>Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.</p>
