Nursery Practitioners Wanted - Starting ASAPWe are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our team.Location: Southampton &amp; WinchesterPay Rates:<ul><li>Level 2: £15 per hour</li><li>Level 3: £18 per hour</li></ul>Hours Available:<ul><li>Full time &amp; Part time</li><li>Days are flexible Monday to Friday.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Enhanced DBS (must be current)</li><li>Relevant Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification</li><li>Passion for working with children and supporting their development</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.</li><li>Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.</li><li>Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.</li><li>Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.</li></ul>What We're Looking For:<ul><li>Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.</li><li>Experience working with children under 5.</li><li>Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.</li><li>Strong communication and organisational skills.</li></ul>You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.Blue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people.
