Warehouse Operative - Immediate Start Available!

Location: Long Marston, Stratford‑Upon‑Avon (Meon Vale, CV37)

Contract: Temporary ongoing - Full‑time

Pay Rate: £13 per hour Overtime £19.50 per hour (PAYE)

Hours: Monday-Friday

Shifts: Rotating - 07:00-15:00 & 09:00-17:00

What You'll Be Doing

• Repairing pallets to set quality standards
• Operating tray-washing machinery
• Supporting a variety of general warehouse duties
• Adhering to all site health & safety procedures
• Completing physical tasks as part of daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
• Proactive, reliable, and able to maintain strong performance levels
• Comfortable working towards targets and deadlines
• Physically fit due to the hands-on nature of the role
• Good communication, numeracy, and basic IT skills
• A self‑motivated attitude and strong work ethic
