Cleaning supervisor required to work for an education establishment in the Birmingham area.
- Supervise, support, and motivate a team of cleaners to deliver high cleaning standards.
- Allocate daily tasks, and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
- Provide training for new staff and ongoing guidance for the team.
- Carry out performance reviews and address any issues professionally.
Hours: Monday-Friday - 3.00pm - 6.00pm
Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
